Equity Award Statements
Your Equity Award Statement contains information about your Restricted Stock Units and your Stock Option Grants. Grant activity (RSU vesting, stock option exercises, new grants, etc.) will generate a quarterly statement. If you have no such activity in your account, you will receive an annual statement from Schwab at year-end.
RSU & Stock Option Confirmations
Anytime you have a Restricted Stock Unit vest or you exercise a Stock Option, Schwab will send you a confirmation that details your transaction. Schwab recommends you save this statement for tax purposes as it details your tax withholding and net proceeds.
Brokerage Statements
Your brokerage account statement contains account information, including account balances, transactions and portfolio holdings. Activity within your account such as an exercise or sale of stock will generate a monthly statement. If you have no activity in your account, you will receive a quarterly statement from Schwab.
Address Change
Any address or phone number changes made with Amazon.com Systems are not automatically reflected on your Schwab account. Your Schwab account is a separate, personal account and you should report any changes to your contact information to Schwab by calling or emailing one of our Participant Service Representatives (PSR's).
